Hello!
I don't think I'll be able to read the book, but I still want to hear about it... and have a great adult conversation TIME... and eat different things, and last but not least: make my succesful 'asparagus soufle' (at least succesful with my mex family... my picky husband doesn't like the TEXTURE -moist bread- so I'll take this chance to make it and share it).
So, I can't wait till friday!!!
:-)

I will be bringing a hot chicken salad. It's sort of a cross between a side dish and a main dish.

Looking forward to Friday!

Hi Ladies,
Apparently I am home long enough to make a mess, but not long enough to clean it up. Granted, there are two other humans and 4 animals helping in the making part too. Excuse the dust and dog hair please. Since I am not successful at keeping house, I am glad that is not on the menu. I will try to get bread made, maybe I can be successful at that.

dude, I think I finally figured this forum thing out. Definetely NOT a computer geek! I shoulc be able to make it to the book club meeting (tomarrow already!). I think that I will bring some squash. Not that it is the only thing that I think I can successfully make, but because I have some squash, and I think it will make a good but simple foil for all the fancy dishes it sounds like everybody else is bringing. Unfortunately, I didn't have time between band concerts and frog dissections so I am just making hard boiled eggs.
